These Terms govern your access to the DIMORACO website, merchant application process and related services.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DIMORACO website, merchant application process and related services.

By accessing our website, submitting an application or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. About These Terms

1. About These Terms

These Terms apply to your use of DIMORACO’s public website, application process and related communications or services.

Separate commercial, merchant, acquiring, processing, banking or other agreements may apply if payment infrastructure is made available to your business. Where a separate written agreement applies to a particular service, that agreement will govern that service to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.

2. About DIMORACO

2. About DIMORACO

DIMORACO provides specialist payment infrastructure and related services for businesses, including businesses operating in complex or higher-risk industries.

Our services may include helping businesses identify, apply for, establish or access suitable payment-processing infrastructure. Depending on the merchant and service, this infrastructure may involve third-party acquiring, banking, processing, gateway, verification, compliance, fraud-prevention and other providers.

DIMORACO is not a bank and these Terms should not be interpreted as representing that DIMORACO directly provides every component of the payment infrastructure made available through our services.

3. Our Services

3. Our Services

DIMORACO may provide or facilitate merchant application and onboarding support, payment-processing infrastructure, card-processing arrangements, digital wallet enablement where supported, merchant account infrastructure, recurring-payment infrastructure, international payment-processing arrangements, specialist underwriting support, acquiring and banking alignment, transaction and settlement visibility, chargeback and payment-risk support, and other related payment infrastructure services.

The services available to a particular merchant may differ. Descriptions on our website are general and do not constitute a guarantee that any particular service, payment method, provider, pricing arrangement or processing structure will be available to you.

4. Eligibility

4. Eligibility

You may only use DIMORACO’s business services if you are legally capable of entering into binding business agreements and are acting on behalf of a legitimate business or organisation. You must provide accurate and complete information when communicating with us or submitting an application.

DIMORACO may decline to provide services where a business, product, jurisdiction, activity or processing profile falls outside our requirements or the requirements of relevant payment infrastructure providers. Certain industries, products, services and jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited.

5. Merchant Applications and Underwriting

5. Merchant Applications and Underwriting

Submitting a merchant application allows DIMORACO and, where relevant, participating service providers to assess your business and payment-processing requirements. An assessment may consider business model, industry, products or services, operating jurisdiction, customer markets, beneficial ownership, directors and authorised representatives, expected transaction volume, average transaction value, fulfilment model, recurring billing, processing history, chargeback and dispute history, fraud and compliance risk, and other information reasonably relevant to underwriting.

You may be required to provide additional documents or information. You authorise DIMORACO to use information submitted through the application process for underwriting, verification, compliance, risk assessment and determining available payment infrastructure.

6. No Guarantee of Approval or Availability

6. No Guarantee of Approval or Availability

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. DIMORACO does not guarantee approval for payment processing; availability of a merchant account; access to any particular acquiring bank or processor; availability of any specific payment method; approval of Visa or Mastercard processing; availability of Apple Pay or Google Pay; particular settlement terms; specific pricing or reserves; a particular approval rate; uninterrupted processing; or continued availability of any provider or processing relationship.

Payment infrastructure is subject to underwriting and may depend on third-party providers. Those providers may apply their own eligibility requirements, risk policies, terms, pricing and restrictions. Infrastructure availability may change over time.

7. Your Responsibilities

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information; promptly notify us of material changes to your business; provide documentation reasonably required for underwriting or compliance; operate your business lawfully; comply with applicable laws and regulations; accurately describe your products and services; maintain appropriate customer-service practices; fulfil customer orders or services as represented; manage refunds and disputes appropriately; and comply with applicable payment-network, provider and separate merchant or processing agreements applicable to your setup.

You must not misrepresent your business model, products, transaction activity, ownership, jurisdiction or processing requirements.

8. Prohibited Use

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the DIMORACO website or services for unlawful activity; to misrepresent the nature of your business; to conceal prohibited products or services; to provide false underwriting information; to circumvent compliance or risk controls; to facilitate fraud; to interfere with security or operations; to attempt unauthorised access; to introduce malicious code; to scrape or extract website content using automated means without permission; or in any manner that could harm DIMORACO, our merchants, partners, service providers or payment infrastructure. DIMORACO may restrict or discontinue access where misuse is suspected.

9. Third-Party Payment Infrastructure

9. Third-Party Payment Infrastructure

Payment services made available through DIMORACO may rely on third-party acquiring providers, banking providers, processors, payment gateways, card and payment networks, settlement providers, verification providers, fraud and risk providers, compliance providers and technology providers.

Third-party providers may have their own terms and conditions, underwriting requirements, pricing, settlement schedules, reserve requirements, prohibited-business policies, compliance requirements and operational policies. You may be required to enter into separate agreements directly with one or more third-party providers. DIMORACO is not responsible for decisions made independently by third-party providers, including decisions to approve, reject, restrict, suspend or terminate a merchant relationship.

10. Fees and Commercial Terms

10. Fees and Commercial Terms

Pricing, fees, settlement arrangements, reserves and other commercial terms may vary depending on merchant profile, industry, jurisdiction, processing volume, transaction profile, risk assessment, processing provider and available infrastructure. Any specific commercial terms applicable to your business will be provided separately. Information presented on the public website does not constitute a binding pricing offer unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

17. Suspension and Termination

Third-party infrastructure providers may separately suspend or terminate services in accordance with their own agreements and policies.

18. Changes to These Terms

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, website functionality, business practices, legal requirements or payment infrastructure.
